How much does shipping cost? We offer FREE Australia wide shipping on all orders.
How long does it take to process my order? All orders placed will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day. 
When will I receive my order? It really depends on your location, expect 3 - 7 days around major cities and up to 10 days in rural areas. 
How is my order sent? We use a third party shipping agent that sources the most efficient courier to your location. 
Can I track my order? As soon as we process your order you will receive an email with live tracking. You will be able to track your order from our warehouse to your door. 
 
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Please ensure that all your information and details are correct and accurate as we are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong location.
We can not make changes to the address once the order has been processed, if this happens we wont be able to send a replacement or issue a refund, so please make sure you enter the correct details.
In the event that an order is returned to Icosa due to unclaimed or incorrect address, you will need to arrange redelivery and will be responsible for all postage costs. 
We inspect and hand pack all orders when processing for damage, faults or quality issues and have designed thick foam packaging to protect your order during the shipping process. If your order arrived and the packaging is significantly damages please take photographs as proof and email them to us.
You have 7 days of receiving the product to make a claim of damage or fault, after which you accept the product and have waived the right to make a claim. 
Lost or stolen orders are not the responsibility of Icosa.
