Returns
We have a 120 day return policy, if 120 days have passed since receiving your item you are no longer eligible to return your order. To be eligible for return, your item must be unopened and unused. Given we dont charge for shipping, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the final price so we are not at a loss for shipping. You as the buyer will also be responsible for the shipping cost back to us.
If you decide to return an item please email us using the "Contact Us" page at the bottom of this page. You will get a response within 48 hours and we will initiate the return process. Once your return has been received and inspected we will notify you, once approved we will ask for your bank details and process the return immediately.
Damaged / faulty orders
We have designed our packaging to protect the product during shipping as best as possible. If your order arrives and the packaging is significantly damaged in any way please take photo evidence and send it to us within 48 hours of receiving the item. All orders are hand packed and checked for quality by Icosa staff before any order is dispatched. If for any reason, our product is damaged or faulty please contact us immediately. If your order is damaged on arrival or faulty we will send you a return shipping label and replace the item as soon as possible at no additional cost.
Warranty
We stand by the quality of our product so we offer a 12 month warranty on the entire unit. This excludes the LED bulb as we have no control over how long you leave it on for. The LED has a 3 month warranty. We have replacement LEDs if needed.
